" Occupying one of Leicester's most fashionable addresses, this charming two storey property has been sympathetically occupied and maintained by the present owners, yet offers excellent scope for further enlargement and extension (Plans were passed for a two storey extension to the side with a single storey to the rear in 2002. These have now expired and would need resubmitting for planning consent). Knighton Church Road has always been considered one of the most favoured addresses in South Knighton due to the attractive mix of period properties and the proximity to excellent local shopping, schooling and public transport facilities. The property benefits from a gas central heating system and is offered for sale in good decorative order throughout. The accommodation comprises: Reception hall, two good sized reception rooms, kitchen,utility and WC. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and bathroom. There are good sized mature rear gardens. Internal inspection of this super home cannot be recommended highly enough.

DIRECTIONAL NOTES The property is best approached by following the A6 London Road away from Leicester in a southerly direction for some distance. At the Stoughton Road/Knighton Road traffic lights turn right onto Knighton Road following the road as it bends round to the left. Turn left into Carisbroke Road proceeding down to the fork in the road and bearing left onto Knighton Church Road.
