" This cleverly reconfigured and extended three bedroom semi-detached property is offered in excellent decorative order and with no upward chain. Located in a highly sought after residential area the property benefits from a refitted and enlarged kitchen/diner, extended utility room with ground floor WC and a first floor bathroom. The property is enhanced further from UPVC double glazed windows throughout, gas fired central heating and off-road parking. The property briefly comprises of an entrance area with stairs rising to the first floor and a door that leads into the living room. The living room boasts a living flame gas fire that is currently not connected set into a feature fireplace with timber mantelpiece and surround with a raised hearth. A door from the living room leads to the kitchen/diner which has been enlarged through the removal of the original ground floor bathroom. The kitchen has a range of base and wall mounted units with timber work surfaces and a tiled flooring. There is space for a range cooker, although the current vendor may choose to leave the existing range behind, with a stainless steel chimney style extractor hood over and a originally commissioned splashback.
