" This three bedroom semi-detached property is offered in excellent decorative order having been significantly improved by the current vendors. Situated in a sought after residential area the property is within walking distance of Wigston Magna and conveniently located for Leicester City Centre. The property boasts a refitted kitchen and bathroom both to a high standard and has been extended via a substantial conservatory to the rear. The property is enhanced further by gas fired central heating via a combination boiler, UPVC double glazed windows throughout and solid Oak internal doors throughout the ground floor. The property briefly comprises an entrance area with stairs rising to the first floor and a door leading to the living room. The living room itself features a living flame gas fire set into a fireplace with polished granite surround and raised hearth. There is a coved ceiling, radiator and window to the front aspect. A further Oak door leads into the kitchen which boasts a high quality tiled flooring and a contemporary range of base and wall mounted fitted units with kick board lighting.
