" The Farm
The south facing farmhouse is in the centre of the conservation village of Middleton. The Farm has two ranges of extensive farm buildings around the courtyard, which gives considerable opportunity for conversion.

Lived in by the same family for over 122 years, the farmhouse is a principal property in the village with a classical 18c Ironstone façade, set behind rose beds and a garden to one side. Off the main hallway doors lead to the kitchen/dining room, the rear hall laundry room, downstairs cloak room and wet room and the south facing study. The timbered beam ceiling kitchen/diner has a large inglenook in the east gable with a woodburning stove. The study sits centrally in the house with views out on to Main Street, the sitting room also facing south also has a large inglenook and stove, and the well-lit lounge to the rear of the house has French doors leading out into the garden on the west side of the house.

Stairs lead to the first floor and 3 double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, a family bathroom and WC. All rooms are extremely light and with high ceilings. In the void above the hall is the large former pigeon loft suitable, subject to the consents, for conversion to a large additional bedroom. Oak stairs lead to the second floor and a large attic room which stretches from one end of the house to the other, with a southern aspect out of the dormer windows on to Main Street. Off this room which is suitable to convert into a further bedroom is a large attic room.

Outbuildings
Access into the courtyard is set to the east side of the farmhouse. To the western side is a range of single story outbuildings, stables, storeroom and workshop. On the eastern side is a Brewhouse and adjoining buildings that run along the eastern boundary, in the Brewhouse itself is a further mezzanine floor at the front. Both ranges of buildings offer considerable opportunity for conversion and use either ancillary to the main farmhouse, or as home working offices or an additional dwelling subject to planning.
