" The Barns is a charming, historic property built of local stone with a light-filled and spacious interior that has been thoughtfully refurbished to create a welcoming home that combines period charm and modern benefits. The original character of the cottage has been carefully enhanced with features such as latch-handled doors, oak beams and exposed stone walls throughout; the splendid Kitchen has a welcoming four-oven AGA and the sunny Living Room at the centre of the house has an impressive wood-burning stove. The spacious, flexible accommodation has a simple dΓ©cor that allows the features to stand out, and more recent additions include modern bathrooms, whilst throughout the living spaces French doors allow the house to open out to the sheltered south-facing garden. With its historic charm and contemporary updates, The Barns is a stylish and practical period property in an excellent village location.

Approach
A brick wall borders the lane from where double five-bar gates open into an enclosed gravel parking area. A door from here opens into the Kitchen and a gate leads through to the main Front Door and garden.

Entrance Hall
A wide door opens from the garden into the spacious Hall which has tiled floor and a large understairs cupboard. Staircase one leads to the first floor and Master Bedroom.

Kitchen Breakfast Room
