" DESCRIPTIONLonicera is an extremely high quality detached bungalow which is presented in superb order throughout. The property has been maintained to a high standard and in brief the accommodation comprises reception hallway, two formal reception rooms, large breakfast kitchen, utility room and boot room. There are two good sized double bedrooms and a third single bedroom which all share the use of a high quality family bathroom. The property offers extremely flexible accommodation providing a variety of options for bedrooms versus reception rooms. The property would also lend itself to being extended subject to relevant planning consents being granted.

GARDENS & GROUNDS
Without doubt one of the strongest features of this property are the stunning, mature grounds which wrap around the property and extend to approximately 2.55 acres or thereabouts.
