" A charming double fronted character cottage set in the select village of Rempstone boasting charm and character throughout with off street parking. The accommodation in brief comprises: Lounge with wood burning stove, study/family room, breakfast kitchen, utility room, first floor landing, three bedrooms (of which two are double), bathroom/w.c. and shower room. Outside there is a shared courtyard to the rear with parking.

DIRECTIONAL NOTE Rempstone is best approached as one leaves Loughborough town centre along the A60 Nottingham Road heading out of the town through the hamlet of Cotes, continue through Hoton and enter Rempstone. At the traffic lights take the right hand turn into Main Street where the property can be found on the left hand side as denoted by the agent's for sale board. GENERAL COMMENT This charming character cottage, which is believed to date back to 1849, is set within the select south Nottinghamshire village of Rempstone.
