" This detached, two double bedroom bungalow is offered to the market with vacant posession and situated on a larger than average plot, which is landscaped for ease of maintenance. DIRECTIONAL NOTE The property is situated on Sycamore Road which is best approached leaving the East Leake office on Main Street, turning right and continuing along past the church. Turn right at Station Road, take a left hand turning into Twentylands Drive and follow the road around which eventually turns into Sycamore Road.
