" This is a larger than average semi detached home situated in a semi rural location, on a generous plot with open views beyond. Property in brief comprises: entrance hallway, open plan lounge and dining room with two open fires, refitted kitchen, first floor landing, three bedrooms and bathroom. DIRECTIONAL NOTE The property is situated on Stanford Lane, Cotes which is best approached heading out of Loughborough on the A6 through the Rushes, turning right into Bridge Street. Continue straight through the traffic lights and then take a left hand turn into Nottingham Road. Follow the road out past the train station and eventually, upon entering Cotes, take the first left into Stanford Lane. The property can be found on the right hand side, as denoted by the agents for sale board.
