" A well presented three bed semi-detached property on the outskirts of the popular market town of Presteigne in a peaceful cul de sac with well presented accommodation throughout. The property is very versatile with two reception rooms, low maintenance gardens and is well placed for accessing the towns amenities and the countryside that surrounds it.

Introduction A deceptively spacious three bed semi-detached property with well presented accommodation throughout in a peaceful cul de sac in the popular market town of Presteigne. The property has low maintenance gardens to the front and rear with driveway parking and great access to the town centre.

The accommodation comprises: entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and family bathroom. Property description The front door opens into the hallway which has doors leading to the ground floor accommodation and a very handy under stairs cupboard. The dining room to the front is a lovely light room and could be used as a play room, study or snug, its a great second reception which offers versatile accommodation for a growing family or a couple needing extra space. The living room is a spacious room with patio doors out onto the rear garden, a feature fire place with inset electric fire and a large window making it a light room. The kitchen is located to the rear and has a range of white wall and base units, space for appliance, a pantry cupboard and a door leading out to the side and then to the rear garden.

Location Located in a quiet cul de sac near the outskirts of the popular Market Town of Presteigne with great access to the town centre. Presteigne was the county town of Radnorshire and has become a local cultural centre, hosting two festivals. The town is fortunate to have an award winning museum - The Judges Lodgings. Presteigne has a Primary and Secondary School, Leisure Centre and thriving community spirit with the popular market being held once a month. Further afield, the markets towns of Knighton and Ludlow offer a range of facilities, the latter being known for its restaurants and festivals. The nearest train station is in Knighton, a little under 7 miles away. The Cathedral City of Hereford, 20 miles offers greater amenities. Services All mains services are connected.
