Introduction Located in a popular residential area on the outskirts of the market town of Tref y Clawdd/Knighton is this detached two double bedroom bungalow with copious off road parking, attached garage and terraced gardens. Within close proximity of the Primary School and Leisure centre, with the advantage of countryside views on your doorstep, a bungalow not to be missed.

The accommodation comprises: entrance hall, living/dining room, kitchen, utility, bathroom, two double bedrooms and integral garage. Property description The covered entrance porch takes you into a central hallway with doors off to the principal rooms. There is a lovely living/dining room with french doors out onto the patio area and garden. The larger market town of Ludlow, 16 miles has a wider variety of facilities and hosts the famous Ludlow Food Festival.
