" A pretty three bedroom, semi detached cottage, situated in a peaceful area on the outskirts of the popular Market town of Knighton, with stunning views over Kinsley wood and the surrounding countryside.

Introduction A quaint cottage with pretty gardens, surrounded by stunning countryside in a peaceful location on the fringes of the Market Town of Knighton. The cottage has spacious accommodation, off road parking, garage and gardens with a lovely patio and seating outside for al fresco dining.

The accommodation comprises of: entrance hall, kitchen/dining room, living room, utility, inner hall, landing main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further bedrooms and shower room. Property description The entrance door leads into the hall where there is a useful storage cupboard, and steps lead down to the dining area with a view over the garden and an opening into the kitchen. The kitchen has base and wall units, sink and rayburn. From the dining area a door leads into the spacious living room, with a feature fireplace and coal effect electric fire and patio doors out onto the patio and front garden.

The Offas Dyke footpath is a 177 mile National Trail footpath that closely follows the England/Wales border. It opened in 1971 from Prestatyn to Chepstow with Knighton sitting at the half way point with a visitors centre. Knighton has a primary school, supermarket, leisure centre and many other smaller independent shops. The larger market town of Ludlow, 16 miles has a wider variety of facilities and hosts the famous Ludlow Food Festival. The larger Spa town of Llandrindod Wells, 18 miles offers a further wider range of facilities. Services Mains electricity, gas and water are connected. The property has septic tank drainage.
