A deceptively spacious three bedroom semi detached house. The property has been lived in up until recently, although it would benefit from some internal updating and occupies a good sized corner plot with front and rear gardens, a gravelled parking area and views to the front over farmland. There is no chain and reasonable offers are invited.

The masonry walls have a cavity wall gap and the external timber cladding provides further insulation.
