The bungalow is in need of updating however already benefits from gas central heating and uPVC double glazing. It has an entrance hall, living/dining room, kitchen, utility, three bedrooms and bathroom. It also has a parquet floor in the hall and living room and a large boarded roof space, which subject to the necessary permissions could be used to create further accommodation.
