This is a most attractive detached property situated on a one way road in a charming village location and enjoying truly spectacular views.  The local shop/post office is only a few hundred yards away as is the village public house, whilst the neighbouring village of Llangynidr is only a mile away which has a school, petrol station, further shop etc., Crickhowell is only four miles away with Abergavenny being a further seven mile distance both offering excellent amenities including a main line railway station at Abergavenny, whilst the neighbouring town of Brecon is also within eight miles.

The surrounding area of the Brecon Beacons National Park is renowned for its spectacular scenery and The Gables enjoys stunning views especially towards The Sugar Loaf and The Black Mountains range.
