" Dan y Bryn comprises a three bedroom, three reception room detached house, a separate detached self contained one bedroom annexe together with gardens and grounds totalling about an acre which includes a possible building plot (subject to gaining the necessary permisisons). The main house has wood grain UPVC double glazing, gas central heating, a stone fireplace in the sitting room, exposed timber ceiling beams and some wonderful views along the Usk Valley and to the surrounding scenery of the Brecon Beacons National Park.
