" INTRODUCTION This house must be viewed internally to fully appreciate the level of upgrading and presentation. LOCATION Kendal is known as the Gateway to the Lake District and is easily reached from Junction 36 and 37 of the M6 motorway. Lake Windermere is a short drive away. Kendal train station and Oxenholme station servicing London Euston.

Hallgarth is located close to open fields and country walks to Burneside and Cunswick Scar. There is easy access to local secondary and primary schools, a regular bus route into Kendal and all the amenities it has to offer. There are good links to the Lakes and Kendal bypass.
