" INTRODUCTION Presented to a high standard, this 3 bedroom family home is situated in an elevated position to take advantage of the views. Having undergone many improvements including a contemporary bathroom, there is stylish decor throughout and master bedroom with an excellent range of fitted bedroom furniture. 

ACCOMMODATION Flagged steps lead to the front door and into the hallway. This provides all important storage, stairs to first floor with double glazed window and radiator.

DIRECTIONS On entering Kendal from the South pass Romneys on the left and at the traffic lights, continue straight on. Take a left turn after Kendal College into Vicarage Drive and proceed up the hill past Vicarage Park School, taking a sharp right. Continue up the hill and take the next right turn into Hillswood. Proceed for approximately 350 yards and the property is to found facing you at the dead end. 

LOCATION Kendal is known as the Gateway to the Lakes and is located easily from junction 36 or 37 of the M6 motorway. Kendal train station links to Windermere Station and Oxenholme Station services London Euston.
A convenient location on the fringes of the town, a short distance from Kendal College, Vicarage Park Primary and Kirkbie Kendal Secondary School. The town centre can be reached on foot although there is a regular bus service and Oxenholme & Kendal Train Station approx. 2 mile away. It provides easy access to Kendal bypass for M6 also.
