" INTRODUCTION Located to an historic part of town, close to the centre and with open views, this three bedroom mid terrace house will appeal to a range of buyers. The lounge has a large window overlooking the town and there is a kitchen diner to the rear. To the first floor are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a modern bathroom with four piece suite. Gas centrally heated and double glazed, the property does require some cosmetic modernisation but has the potential to be a great family home or rental investment. Externally there is a garage close by and a compact garden area to the rear.

Kendal is known as the Gateway to the Lakes and is easily reached from Junction 36 and 37 of the M6 motorway. Kendal train station links to Windermere station and Oxenholme station services London Euston and Glasgow via the West Coast Mainline. This historic area of Kendal has a community spirit and easy access into the town centre. There is the popular Kirkland Hall for keep fit, talks and socialising and Abbott Hall Park for relaxing walks, both close by.
