" INTRODUCTION If you are looking for a neat two bedroomed maisonette just a stones throw from town - this could be the property for you. Available with no onward chain and with the valuable addition a of a private parking space and parking for visitors the deceptive accommodation is over two floors and has a distinctive cottage feel. 

ACCOMMODATION Entering the property via the communal front door and foyer, there is a communal cupboard housing the electric meters and a door to the rear shared courtyard area.
