" INTRODUCTION Conveniently located on the ground floor of this historic courtyard conversion, this surprisingly well proportioned 2 bedroom flat is very welcoming and charming. Its added splendid level garden is the "icing on the cake" offering wonderful country views and a peaceful haven! Allocated covered parking is available and links to M6, Kendal & Lakes

The semi rural hamlet of Beetham is nestled on the fringes of Milnthorpe and a short drive from both access to the M6 motorway at Junction 35 and 36. The market town of Kendal is approx. 10 miles away and the City of Lancaster approx. 18 miles, both with connections to the mainline train station which connects to London Euston and Glasgow.

The hamlet has a public house, shop, garden centre, Heron theatre and primary school with Dallam secondary school only a short drive away at Milnthorpe.
 

ACCOMMODATION The conversion has a communal entrance door at ground floor level which has an intercom entry system for added security. Within the communal entrance door there is an understairs cupboard and access to No 6.

DIRECTIONS From Milnthorpe proceed South along the A6 towards Lancaster. Continue for approx. 1½ mile passing Beetham Nurseries on the left and then take the next turn on the right into Beetham. Turn immediately right again into Parsonage Fold and the property is to be found on to the left facing you.
