" INTRODUCTION Situated close to the centre of this popular village, this two bedroom semi detached bungalow will appeal to a range of buyers. Now requiring some updating, there are two good sized bedrooms and the property is gas centrally heated and double glazed. Well located for the village shop and pub, there is a bus stop close by with a regular service to Milnthorpe. LOCATION The village of Holme is conveniently placed for access to the M6 at Junctions 35 & 36. Equally Kendal and Lancaster are located only a short drive away and The Lakes approximately 20 miles away. The property is close to the centre of Holme village which proves popular with a wide range of buyers. It boasts open countryside on the doorstep, but village shop, post office and pub close by and on a reliable bus route to Milnthorpe, Kendal and Lancaster.
