" INTRODUCTION Close to the heart of Holme, this period property has the combination of character styles and good proportions. Boasting two reception rooms plus a sun room, there are three bedrooms and an excellent sized rear garden, a real bonus! Add to that an outhouse for storage and the property will appeal to a large range of buyers 

ACCOMMODATION The UPVC double glazed front door leads directly into the Lounge. A good sized room easily accommodating both lounge and dining suites if required, there are dual aspect windows with deeper sills and a radiator. There is an open fire with wooden surround and flagged hearth. There is a telephone point. The adjoining sun room is UPVC double glazed to three sides and has a tiled floor and wall lights. A door leads to the rear areas. A latch door leads to the second reception room. Two windows face the front aspect, both with deeper sills. There is a radiator and telephone point and a latch door leads to the staircase.

The largest bedroom has a window facing the front aspect. There are exposed beams to one wall, radiator and two double fitted wardrobes. There is access to the loft via a drop down loft ladder which has been boarded for storage. The second bedroom faces the front aspect and has a radiator and the third bedroom overlooks the rear garden and again has a radiator.

The bathroom is fitted with a three piece suite comprising pedestal wash hand basin, wc and bath. Over the bath is a Gainsborough shower and a UPVC double glazed window overlooks the garden. There is a radiator and extractor

LOCATION The village of Holme is conveniently placed for access to the M6 motorway at Junctions 35 & 36. Equally Kendal and Lancaster are located only a short drive away and The Lakes approximately 20 miles away.

The property is close to the centre of Holme village which proves popular with a wide range of buyers. It boasts open countryside on the doorstep, but village shop, post office and pub close by and on a reliable bus route to Milnthorpe, Kendal and Lancaster.
