" INTRODUCTION This traditional cottage offers period features such as open fire places, exposed beams and has a lovely outlook across to Farleton Knott. Comprising of three bedrooms, master with en-suite, family bathroom, large lounge/diner, kitchen with added utility area, downstairs WC and entrance hall. Ample garden with raised beds, lawn areas as well as a natural beck running through it. There is parking for several vehicles.

Nook is a small parish on the A65 to Kirkby Londsale with most of its cottage style properties looking onto Farleton Knott, a popular place for enjoying a Sunday afternoon walk. There is a stylish historic public house located within the neighbouring hamlet of Lupton which offers a relaxed atmosphere, friendly service and four legged friends are welcome.

Conveniently located for junction 36 of the M6 motorway as well as both Kirkby Lonsdale and Kendal. The neighbouring villages of Endmoor and Holme offer the likes of bakeries, village shops and primary schools. Nook is also situated in the catchment area for Queen Elizabeth School in Kirkby Lonsdale.
