" A good location offering spacious accommodation. This terraced property is in an ideal location for schools, access to the motorway and the town of Carnforth. The entrance door leads into the lounge and through to a dining kitchen and a utility room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The loft has been converted and has a further two rooms, each with their own doors for privacy giving the option to effectively have four bedrooms. The property has gas central heating system, uPVC double glazing and retains many original features. The rear garden has been paved and easy to maintain. Excellent choice for our buy to let investors.
