" What a delight we have here. An extended family home in the popular Bolton Le Sands area with the canal side at the end of the garden. The fabulous views towards the sea front set the perfect back drop to this home with spacious stylish living and gardens to the front & rear. An idyllic family home .

The Location Bolton Le Sands is a village just north of Lancaster and as the name suggests it sits beside Morecambe Bay. The village has much history, even getting a mention in the Domesday book and today there is a thriving village community. The oldest church in the village, Church of England Holy Trinity was originally dedicated to St Michael and it is believed that the oldest part of the church dates back to around 1500. The canal passes through the village and there are some lovely walks along the tow path. The main A6 also runs through the village connecting to the M6 so it is a great location for those commuting to work. The village has shops, businesses and plenty of local groups and amenities as well as a popular village primary school. This is a great place for families and we are delighted to market a superb family house in the village. What To Expect This semi detached extended home has more to offer than meets the eye.
