" A 5 bedroom semi-detached house situated in the lovely location of Arnside, with fabulous views of the Estuary and the Lakeland Hills from the front, and Ingleborough and the Fairy steps at Silverdale and surrounding countryside from the rear. The house was originally built to the former owners specification, and briefly comprises of kitchen, utility room, lounge, double bedroom, office/bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor which was converted in 1973, are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom, plus a spacious landing. The kitchen and the hallway were also extended in 1973. Outside is a large driveway with parking for several vehicles, a garage and a seperate workshop. The rear garden is enclosed and is mainly set to lawn with mature shrubs, bushes and trees. Panaromic views of the Estuary, Lakeland Fells, Ingleborough and the surrounding countryside.
