" INTRODUCTION Situated on a substantial corner plot, within an established residential area in the estuary village of Arnside, this well maintained property will appeal to those wishing to create a home to their own specifications. There is potential to extend subject to planning consents.  

ACCOMMODATION Tucked away on a substantial corner plot within a cul de sac location, this well maintained but now dated detached home will appeal to a variety of purchasers wishing to reside in this sought after estuary village.
