A semi detached house, situated within a popular location, on the outskirts of Millom with open views to the front and an outlook to the distant Black Combe and countryside from the upstairs rear window. With gas central heating and double glazed windows and doors (with the exception of the garden room), this home is ready to move into, having a fitted kitchen with an oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher and washing machine included, plus space for a tall refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom has a modern white suite with an over bath shower and screen. Of the three bedrooms, two are large doubles, one of which having fitted wardrobes along one wall, together with wardrobes, top boxes and bed space between on the opposite wall. The third bedroom is a good sized single with an over-stairs alcove built in storage cupboard. Downstairs, the entrance hall has a useful understairs cupboard and doors to both the lounge to the front and the kitchen to the rear. The lounge overlooks the garden and has a gas fire with a back boiler for the central heating and hot water. A door from the lounge leads through to the rear dining room, which in turn leads back to the kitchen. The sliding double glazed patio doors to the rear of the dining room open into a single glazed garden room with cupboards to one side, plus appliance space and access onto the garden which is lawned with mature boundaries, an outside WC, a garden store and a gated fence which leads to the side garden, the carport and around to the front. Set back from the roadside with a green verge and driveway beyond the garden, leading onto Salthouse Road and situated on the edge of the town with an outlook across fields to the front over to the Furness Fells and a view from the upstairs rear bedroom across fields to Black Combe.
