About the location Africa Drive is a superb modern home built by Barratt Homes. This stylish apartment was the show home for the site and is located just off St Georges Quay, One of Lancaster's most fashionable and in demand areas.

Live here because you want easy access to the city centre yet you want to the enjoy the peaceful views as you enjoy Riverside walks. You'll find great transport links with a bus stop close by and the train station less than a 10 minute walk. What we like... We love the fact that everything is brand new. From the crisp, clean decoration through to the modern kitchen and fittings. Seriously, what's not to like? A brief description This home has it's own private entrance and leads up to the main living area which has space to dine. There is a recently fitted kitchen with a range of appliances available. The bedroom is a great sized double room and you also have a three piece bathroom available. Outside storage is available which is ideal for bikes or maybe a dryer and there is an allocated parking space. The living areas The main private entrance to the front of the building opens up into a small hallway and there are stairs leading you up to the first floor level. There is space here to hang your coats and take off your shoes before stepping through to the lounge.

Once you are in the main living area you will see there is space to lounge and dine. The room offers a dual aspect over both the front and rear of the home with a Juliet balcony to the front with French doors which is a great addition and will come in handy during the summer months.
