What we like The views at fair Elms are simply stunning. This apartment has prime position on the top floor! Where is Fair Elms? Fair Elms is a sought after gated complex on the edge of Fairfield, south Lancaster. Enjoying fabulous views towards Morecambe Bay and The Lakes the complex comprises of luxury apartments for the over 50's. There is parking in the courtyard and the entrance is secured by electric gates.

Fairfield is a sought after residential area of south Lancaster. The train station and the city centre itself are both within walking distance, but yet you are away from the hustle and bustle. The area has a mix of property styles from substantial Victorian terraces to 1930's semi detached. There is a real community spirit in Fairfield and plenty of green space around with the allotments, orchard, playground and field. About this home This apartment is located on the second floor of this popular residential development for the over 50's. Once inside you will find the hallway has access to all the rooms available and the apartment has had ample built in storage added. The main living room has space to dine also and offers wonderful views towards the Lakeland hills and Lancaster Castle. Just off the living room there is the modern Siematic kitchen with a range of built in appliances. Both bedrooms can accommodate double beds if needed and the master has a large walk in wardrobe on offer. The bathroom has been fitted with a contemporary four piece suite which buyers will like. There are communal areas to the ground floor which residents can use along with well maintained garden areas. The living areas The entrance hallway has access to all the rooms available in the apartment. The owners have had additional storage added to the hallway so there is space to hide away your coats and shoes and there is also a walk in storage cupboard which has power, light and has been fitted with shelving for all your bits and pieces.

A glazed doorway leads you through to the main living space which also has ample space to dine. The room has been decorated in soft, neutral tones and a large double glazed window offers fantastic views towards Lancaster Castle, the rooftops of Lancaster and the Lakeland Hills beyond. Just off the lounge you will find the modern fitted kitchen.

This Siematic kitchen has been fitted with a great range of storage and there is a range of built in appliances including the fridge/freezer, a washing machine, dishwasher and also an electric oven, ceramic hob and the extractor fan. The combi boiler is also located in the kitchen and a double glazed window looks out over the front of the property. The bedrooms and bathroom Buyers will certainly be impressed with the space the master bedroom offers and here you will find there is space for the largest of beds. The main bedroom also has a mirrored cupboard and a fitted dressing table and bedside tables. It has been decorated in a neutral style and has the added benefit of having a large walk in wardrobe with shelving and hanging space. There are wonderful views towards the Lakes and the castle.

The second bedroom is currently used as a study room but can accommodate a double bed. This bedroom also has fitted wardrobes with mirrored fronts which has been fitted by the owners to create extra storage.

During the summer months there is also access out to a raised patio seating area where you can enjoy the sunshine.
