Location Laburnum Grove is located in the Marsh residential area of Lancaster. It is situated just off St Georges Quay and is within ? mile of the city centre. The area is made up of a mixture of properties from two bed terraces through to modern three storey homes and is mainly a family orientated location. Close by viewers will find a variety of local amenities and schools and there is easy access to a well serviced bus route and Lancaster's mainline train station.
