Why live here? Choose to live at Allandale Gardens because you want a modern home close to the city. You might want to leave the car at home on your private driveway and walk into town or hop on the train, both a just a short stroll away. You might be looking for a home where you can enjoy walks along the nearby River Bank. If you don't drive, it's also not a problem. Regular buses pass close by and there two convenience stores for any essentials you might need. We like the cul-de-sac position. We think you will too.
