About the location Hala is a very popular residential area which attracts a diverse clientele from young first time buyers, growing families, students and academics and the retired. The area has excellent amenities close by that include schools, shops, Booths supermarket and some popular pubs. The area is approximately 2 miles south of the city centre and due it's location it is very convenient for both of the Universities and the Hospital. A brief description This modern semi detached home is an ideal property to move straight into. Once inside you will find a generous size living room with an open staircase leading up to the first floor. The kitchen has ample storage and room for the white goods and there is also plenty of space to dine. From the dining area there are French style doors which open up to the rear garden.
