VERY POPULAR LOCATION... Borrowdale Road is located in the very popular area known as Freehold and is just off Derwent Road. The views are excellent looking out over Lancaster and towards the Bay. All local amenities are close by with excellent schools including Lancaster Royal Grammar and the City Centre are all within walking distance.
