" An extended and deceptively spacious semi detached home. There is so much space. We love the large open plan family room and how there are 3 separate reception rooms. It also retains many of the original features! No chain.

Where is Torrisholme Road? Home in Scale Hall are exceptionally popular, especially ones on Torrisholme Road as you get so much more space! This home has a brilliant location. It is super handy for the recently opened bypass which means you have quick and easy access to the M6. Torrisholme Road is also much quieter too because of it. There is considerably less traffic than there was.

Within the area there is an excellent range of local shops with local grocery / convenience stores in both Scale Hall and neighbouring Torrisholme. The large Asda is also only a short drive away. If you don't drive regular buses pass by. Lancaster's Rugby Club with all of it's open green space is just a short walk.

Another great feature of the location is that you are half way between Lancaster and Morecambe. Living here you get the best of both worlds with both the city and the coast just a short 10 minute drive! What we like It's not often you find a semi detached home with as much space as this home. It's been extended to the rear creating a large family room in addition to the main lounge. We would make the breakfast room and kitchen into an open plan kitchen diner. What would you do? About this home This spacious semi detached home will appeal to many buyers and would suit a family buyer thanks to the generous rooms and gardens. Inside you will find the hallway gives access to all the ground floor rooms including the front sitting room, extended lounge diner, and the kitchen area. There is also a handy wc under the stairs.

Upstairs there are two generous sized double rooms and a further single bedroom along with a three piece shower room. Externally the home boasts a great sized driveway leading to a detached double garage and there are gardens to both the front and rear. The home is both double glazed and central heated throughout and is for sale with no chain. The ground floor The main entrance to the front of the home opens up into a spacious hallway which makes you feel at home. The stairs lead you up to the first floor from here and the owners have created a handy downstairs loo underneath which also houses the electrics for the home. Access to all the rooms can be gained from the hall.

To the front of the property is there is a sitting room which offers a double glazed bay window with a pleasing aspect looking out over your front garden. There is a gas fire to the centre of the room to give you extra warmth on those colder evenings. The second reception room has been extended and is now the main living area for this home. We feel this would be an ideal space to entertain your family and friends as there is ample space to both relax in the lounge area or enjoy an evening meal in the open plan dining area. To the far end of the ground floor there is a double glazed doorway and full height window which leads you out to the rear garden.

The kitchen as it stands is currently in two sections but with the right works could be made into an open plan area without too much trouble. The first section basically offers storage and the sink unit along with space for a small table if you so wish. This space then leads through to the main kitchen area where you will find further storage and work space along with room for all the expected white goods. There is also an integrated electric oven and a four ring gas hob. Access to the side of the home can also be gained from this room. The first floor Once you are up to the first floor you will see that there is access to all the rooms on offer along with a hatch which opens up to your loft storage area. The master bedroom is a wonderful sized double room which has views looking out towards the local Rugby pitch.

Finally upstairs you will see that there is a modern two piece shower room which has been tiled to complement and there is a separate wc on offer. Some buyers may well choose to make these two areas into one space depending on which you prefer however having the loo separate always comes in handy with families.
