The Location Scale Hall is a popular residential area located centrally between Lancaster and Morecambe. The area predominately comprises semi detached homes, many with generously sized gardens, although bungalows and town houses and also apartments also appear. Local amenities include primary schools and nurseries, convenience stores and supermarkets and a post office to name a few. Regular buses connect Lancaster and Morecambe and there is also a cycle path into the towns. Ryelands Park is close by. Property Overview A detached true bungalow with extensive gardens which have been beautifully maintained by the present owner. The bungalow itself is spacious enough but has potential to convert the loft and to extend out to the rear. Presently, the accommodation offers a lounge, kitchen with dining area, two double bedrooms and a three piece bathroom suite. The property is fully gas central heated and double glazed. The property also has a great loft space accessed via a pull down ladder, it already has two windows which overlook the front and the rear and with not too much work could be converted into useable space. Outside Where do we even begin! The gardens to this property are huge! There are three separate lawns, planted borders and trees, a rockery garden, a pond, patio areas with pagodas and even a vegetable garden. This really is one of the most impressive gardens we have seen in a long time and must be viewed to fully appreciate the size of the space on offer. There is also a very useful outbuilding which has power and lighting, ideal for an extra utility area. Summerhouse & Outbuildings The summerhouse is a great space and even has a log burner for cosy summer evenings in the garden. There is also a greenhouse along with a great size shed and detached garage all of which provide storage space and have power and light. "
