" A 3 bedroom semi detached house close to Lancaster city centre. The living accommodation on offer comprises generous reception room, kitchen, wet room and 3 bedrooms. There is plenty of storage with various built in cupboards and a loft. Externally there are front and rear gardens, workshop room and a tool shed. Early viewing recommended.

LOCATION Torrisholme Road is located within walking distance of Lancaster city centre with its excellent amenities, schools and shops. It is just a short drive fro the M6 and close to Bare station. GROUND FLOOR The ground floor comprises generous reception room with windows overlooking the front and rear gardens, electric fire and storage cupboard. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units, under stairs storage cupboard and it leads through to the back door. There is a wet room with shower, white loo and basin and tiles to the ceiling. FIRST FLOOR Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, the master has a storage cupboard which houses the water tank and fitted wardrobes.
