Built originally as a large semi detached home with ample living rooms, this beautiful home has now been split to suit the present owners needs however can be easily converted back if desired. THE LOCATION Skerton and the Vale are up and coming areas only a short drive north of the City Centre. This area is comprised of mainly Victorian terraces homes that were built circa the late 1890's and semi detached homes that were built post war.
