" WELL PRESENTED SEMI DETACHED HOME WITH MODERN DECORATION, GARAGE AND GARDENS!!! Green Lane is situated in the North part of Lancaster and is on a quiet residential street which provides access onto the canal. Once inside you will not be disappointed as the current owner has really looked after the property with contemporary decoration throughout. There is a spacious through lounge diner, modern fitted kitchen and bathroom and two generous double bedrooms with a further single room on offer. Externally the property boasts gardens to both the front and rear along with off street parking leading to a detached garage.

THE LOCATION Green Lane is located in Lancaster's most northerly area just before you enter Slyne with Hest or Halton. There is access onto the canal which offers pleasing countryside walks or also close to hand is the famous Aqueduct Bridge which was completed in 1797 and provides access over the River Lune and down onto a cycle track/walk way along the river bank. You also don't have to travel far to your local convenience store and there are local primary and secondary schools within easy reach. The area itself is predominately made up from similar styled three bedroom homes but there are also smaller bungalows and more recently saw the addition of Aryton View which are three storey modern town houses.
