A modernised two bedroom, ground floor apartment it is located on a delightful development available to the over 55s only in Ruffford village which is home to the National trusts Rufford Old Hall and tea rooms, Marina, local farm shops and village baker.Only a short walk away is a charming village pub "The Hesketh Arms" and the Mere Sands Nature Reserve is nearby. Rufford also has its own train station and the beautiful old parish church is a listed building. The development is superbly maintained with communal gardens and ample off road parking for residents.
