" This spacious semi-detached villa is situated in a popular residential part of Elie with easy access to all local amenities. It overlooks a large green with childrens play park. Elie is the most desirable of a string of villages along the coast of North East Fife. It is justly famous for its lovely beaches, picturesque harbour and an 18 hole golf course. Other amenities include tennis court, driving range, 9 hole family golf course, bowling club and water sports centre as well as caf?s and restaurants including Michelin star fine dining. It is less than 30 minutes drive from the historic university town of St Andrews with its championship golf courses, fine shopping, restaurants and theatre. It is also within an easy commute of other centres including Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes, and Edinburgh is less than 50 miles away.
Number 28 is a spacious property benefiting from a brand new gas fired central heating system, cavity wall insulation, backed up with sealed unit double glazing.
