" An end terraced villa, located in a sought-after village, close to Largo beach. This property style is one of the largest within the development and can be used as a 3 or 4 bedroom property depending on requirements. Entry is gained into an entrance vestibule, a door connects to the inner hall. The hall leads to the lounge, kitchen and dining roombedroom 4. The lounge has sliding patio doors that overlook and lead onto the rear garden. The first floor landing leads to three double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The specification includes double glazing and gas central heating. A driveway provides off street parking. The rear garden features a lawn and patio.

Location-
Lower Largo, situated at the mouth of the River Keil on the Firth of Forth is an attractive holiday Village. It is an ideal base for touring Fife and the East Coast Villages of the East Neuk. Lower Largo grew as a herring fishing village and later as a manufacturer of fishing nets. Today, many fishing and pleasure boats can still be found. The river Keil flows into the Firth of Forth at the point where a pier and small harbour has been built. The houses and cottages on Main Street back directly onto the sea, stopped by sturdy stone walls. As tide goes out, miles of sandy beaches stretch East and West hugging the shore line of the Firth of Forth. Neighbouring Lundin Links has excellent local facilities and amenities. It has a primary school, two golf courses and sports club along with good local shopping facilities.

We love the coastal location and close proximity to Largo Beach. Families looking for a spacious family home within the local area should add this villa to their viewing lists. It is rare to find 4 bedroom accommodation at such a price within the Largo area.
