For the commuter railway stations with links to Edinburgh are situated within the villages of both Markinch and Thornton with the A92 providing access throughout Fife.
The property is situated within the Macedonia precinct conveniently placed for access to Southwood Primary School and Glenwood High School. If traveling to the property from Glenrothes town centre, the property can be easily located by traveling westbound along Church Street, continue through the St Columbus roundabout onto South Parks Road.
