This rarely available semi detached two bedroom villa, (formerly three), is situated in a spacious corner plot with the added benefit of a driveway and garage. The property is situated in the village of Kinglassie, well placed for all local amenities and schooling. Entered via UPVC door with glazed panel into vestibule with large storage cupboard and door to hallway; hallway has stairs to upper level and door to lounge; spacious lounge; archway to dining area which has storage cupboard and patio doors to rear garden, door to kitchen. Kitchen is a bright and airy room with rear and side windows, ample supply of base and wall mounted units in a white finish, integrated oven, hob and extractor and space for additional appliances. On the first floor there are two good sized double bedrooms; bedroom 1 is situated to the front with fitted mirrored wardrobes to one wall and additional storage cupboard; bedroom 2 is again of a double size with wash hand basin. The modern shower room comprises: WC, wash hand basin and double shower cubicle in a white suite. The upper landing has a large walk-in storage cupboard. Externally, the property has garden grounds to three sides, laid in garden chips with mature plants and shrubs enclosed by a brick wall.
