This spacious semi-detached villa enjoys an elevated position within a popular residential area of Burntisland.   The accommodation is formed over two levels and comprises lounge, breakfasting kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The property boasts views over the River Forth.

Access is gained into a hallway which in turn gives access to all lower accommodation. The lounge is a well proportioned reception room with a gas fire. A doorway gives access into the kitchen which is fitted with a range of base and wall mounted storage units. There is a storage cupboard and an exterior door gives access to the rear garden.
