" This excellent first floor flat is positioned in a truly superb location in St Andrews only moments walk from all the conveniences of the town centre with its university, golf courses, beaches, shops, restaurants etc and yet away from the main thoroughfare and therefore peaceful and quiet. The flat has been modernised and upgraded in recent years and so is offered for sale in truly immaculate decorative condition. Works completed include new double glazing, newly fitted kitchen and bathroom, fully re-plumbed, carpets, and full re-decoration throughout. It benefits from off peak electric central heating backed up with sealed unit double glazing throughout.
