" This superb detached property is situated in one of the most popular residential streets in St Andrews. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac providing a peaceful location, yet within walking distance of local amenities and with easy access to the town centre with its university, beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shops etc. The deceptively spacious house is presented in excellent decorative order and benefits from gas fired central heating backed up with sealed unit double glazing throughout. Entrance to the property is through the front door which leads into the large and spacious hall with original wooden flooring and storage cupboard. From here glazed doors open to the lounge and to the dining kitchen which are open plan to each other by way of a large archway. The lounge is to the front of the property and features a large picture window overlooking the lovely front garden and landscaped street gardens beyond. It also features an open fireplace. The dining kitchen is a particular feature of the property as it has been the subject of renovation to create a large and spacious family area. The kitchen is fitted with modern units and features an integrated oven, hob and extractor hood, engineered hardwood flooring and a breakfast bar dividing the kitchen from the dining/family area. In this dining/family area, patio doors open to the garden and provide and an abundance of natural light.
