" This spacious detached bungalow is positioned at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a popular residential area of St Andrews. It can also be accessed via the garden gate which opens onto Bogward Road. It is close to the local primary school and there is easy access to the town centre of St Andrews with its university, secondary schools, golf courses, beaches, shops, restaurants etc.
The property has recently been fitted with a brand new kitchen and bathroom, though other areas of the property would benefit from modernisation. It has gas central heating throughout. The spacious accommodation is all arranged on one level though there are two very large attic rooms which offer the potential for conversion to create further accommodation at first floor level if so desired.
The spacious lounge has large windows overlooking the rear garden and glazed doors open to both the sun lounge and to the dining room. The sun lounge is a particularly bright and airy room with patio doors to one end and large windows to the other.
