" A traditional detached three bedroom bungalow, with a second storey extension to the rear, situated in the small village of Kingskettle. Entered into via the entrance hallway which leads on to the lounge, which has large French doors to the far side, kitchen and large bedroom to the right. From the bedroom there is access to the modern bathroom and separate utility room. The kitchen has an ample supply of base and wall mounted and a bright window which overlooks the rear garden.
Upstairs there are two good sized double bedrooms with ample integrated storage, one with master en suite, and a single box room. Externally, there is an attractive enclosed garden to rear offering privacy, and a double brick shed which is powered. The property is double glazed and provides gas central heating.



The village of Kettlebridge and Kingskettle is situated approximately six miles from Cupar and Glenrothes. There is a local primary school, bar & restaurant, church and cemetery. The village is on the main bus route to Cupar, Glenrothes and St. Andrews. Secondary schooling is available at Bell Baxter High School in Cupar.
